These words are at the heart of my work as a therapist. I believe healing begins in spaces where you feel truly seen, heard, and valued. As a queer Latina raised in an immigrant household, I know how deeply our identities and lived experiences shape our inner worlds. My practice is grounded in community care, social justice, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to meet you exactly where you are, with compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
I offer a holistic, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming approach to therapy. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing while honoring your strengths, wisdom, and resilience. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness practices, and inner child work. My work is always tailored to your needs and goals.
I support individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Williams College and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago. I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people on their path toward wholeness.
