Jenni Sefcik has been specially trained by the International OCD Foundation in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD and anxiety in children and adults. With a background in nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and family dynamics, Jenni offers compassionate, practical, and collaborative support tailored to each client’s needs.
