Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of life’s most challenging experiences, including survivors of domestic violence, individuals living with persistent mental health conditions, veterans in recovery, teens in under-resourced schools, and families navigating major transitions. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both the internal and external systems that impact our well-being.
At Couch Clarity, I specialize in individual, couples, and family work, with a focus on nervous system regulation, attachment healing, parts work/IFS, family-of-origin exploration, exposure and response prevention, and polyvagal-informed practices. I support couples, co-parents, blended families, and parents seeking more connected relationships, always working in a way that feels collaborative, empowering, and grounded in your values.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with mindfulness, creativity, compassion, and somatic work. I often incorporate yoga-based tools and polyvagal-informed strategies alongside traditional talk therapy to support healing, stress reduction, and reconnection. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and also hold an MBA focused on leadership development.
