Life can feel overwhelming at times—filled with stress, uncertainty, and moments of deep vulnerability. You don’t have to face those moments alone.
I believe that healing happens in connection, and that therapy can be a safe, supportive space to explore, grow, and move toward the life you want. As Erik Erikson once said, “Life doesn’t make any sense without interdependence. We need each other, and the sooner we learn that, the better for us all.” That belief in connection and collaboration is at the heart of my approach.
I work with teens, adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as we explore your unique experiences, strengths, and hopes. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way of the life you envision—and build practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
My clinical training includes a Master of Arts in Counseling with a Specialization in Forensic Psychology from Adler University. I bring a warm, nonjudgmental presence and a flexible, individualized approach to therapy. I often draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology—always tailoring our work to fit your needs and goals.
Above all, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—where all parts of you are welcome. I look forward to working with you!
