Welcome!
I’m a social worker with a deep commitment to helping individuals and families heal from trauma, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward meaningful change. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—and that every person has the capacity to grow, even when life feels heavy or overwhelming.
Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people navigating some of life’s most challenging experiences—survivors of domestic violence, individuals living with persistent mental health conditions, people facing homelessness, teens in under-resourced schools, veterans in recovery, and families navigating deep transitions. These experiences have shaped my understanding of both the internal and external systems that impact our well-being.
At Couch Clarity, I specialize in both individual and relational work. This includes nervous system regulation, parts work and internal family systems, attachment healing, family-of-origin exploration, and polyvagal-informed practices. I also offer support for couples, families, separated couples and co-parents, blended families, and parents seeking connection-based parenting guidance. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your family, we will work together in a way that feels empowering, respectful, and grounded in your values.
My approach blends evidence-based practices with creativity, mindfulness, and compassion. I’m informed by the work of leaders in trauma research and treatment—Peter Levine, Bruce Perry, Stephen Porges, Richard Schwartz, Bessel van der Kolk, Judith Herman, Deb Dana, Arielle Schwartz, and others—while honoring your lived experience as the most important guide in our work together.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT- 200). I also hold an MBA with a focus in leadership development. I regularly incorporate somatic practices, yoga-based tools, and polyvagal-informed strategies into therapy for clients of all ages. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer walk-and-talk sessions, group work, and mind-body approaches to help clients reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and restore balance.
I meet each client with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for where they are on their journey. Whether you’re working through trauma, stress, disconnection, or relationship challenges, we’ll work together to find practical tools and meaningful insight that support your healing.
