I am passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and helping them move toward healing and acceptance. I specialize in working with first responders and individuals navigating complex trauma, including PTSD, cumulative stress, and high-impact life experiences. I understand the unique demands placed on those who serve in high-stress, high-risk roles—such as law enforcement, firefighters, EMS personnel, healthcare workers, and military members.
My approach is grounded in respect, inclusivity, confidentiality, and the reality of repeated exposure to trauma. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can process difficult experiences at their own pace. In addition to trauma-focused work, I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health concerns. Whether you’re dealing with persistent worry, panic, burnout, or feeling overwhelmed, I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs and goals.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School, with a specialization in complex trauma and diverse populations. My work is rooted in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. I focus on helping clients create self-regulating skills, reduce the impact of distressing symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety and control in their lives.
Each person who walks into my office brings their own strengths, story, and goals into the process. My role is to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a grounded and fulfilling life.
