In my practice I incorporate strength-based, trauma informed, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to address a variety of struggles from anxiety, stress, and depression to trauma, communication difficulties, and life transitions. I am here to help you in a way that works best for your journey. Through my studies at Alder University for Counseling with a specialization in art therapy, I have also been trained in using art therapy techniques.
