Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” – Aristotle
Life can present us with many challenges, and sometimes we need someone who will listen without judgment and help us navigate through them. Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, grief, or simply struggling with life’s demands, taking the time to understand yourself and your experiences is an important step in healing and growth.
I am here to support you in that journey.
For the past 14 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages—from children and adolescents to adults and families. I have a deep commitment to providing a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
With a Master’s in Social Work from Indiana University and a background in Interpersonal Communications from Purdue University, I bring both knowledge and practical experience to our work together. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, stress, grief, self-esteem concerns, and the impact of difficult life transitions.
I understand that each person’s journey is unique, so I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to best fit your needs. I integrate techniques from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a strengths-based perspective to help you build resilience, manage difficult emotions, and develop lasting coping strategies.
I deeply value the importance of building trust and rapport in therapy, and I work to create a space where you can explore your feelings and experiences with openness and without fear of judgment.
I also understand that every person is unique, which is why I strive to create an approach that honors your individuality and empowers you to create positive change at your own pace. I truly believe that with the right support, you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my family, having new adventures, and unwinding with cross-stitching and a good book.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward a more fulfilling life, I look forward to walking alongside you in this process.
