CHILDREN/TEENS/ADULTS
I am a licensed therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected and are looking for meaningful change. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood, and I aim to provide a calm and supportive space where that can happen.
With couples and families, I help clients better understand one another, improve communication, and move out of cycles that keep them feeling frustrated or unheard. This includes premarital counseling, parenting support, and helping families navigate transitions, conflict, or emotional distance. My work focuses on increasing awareness, strengthening connection, and developing practical skills that support healthier relationships.
With individuals, I work with anxiety, depression, and challenges related to adjusting to new life circumstances. Together, we explore patterns of thought and behavior, clarify goals, and build tools to manage stress and emotional overwhelm in ways that feel manageable and supportive.
I have a strong interest in women’s mental health and enjoy supporting women through various life stages, identity shifts, and relational challenges. I approach my work with warmth, curiosity, and humility, and I value ongoing reflection and professional development as essential to ethical care.
I view therapy as a collaborative process. My role is not to tell clients what to do, but to work alongside them as they gain insight, build resilience, and move toward lives and relationships that feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with their values.
