CHILDREN/TEENS/ADULTS
Hello and welcome. Life often brings unexpected challenges and detours—and you do not have to navigate them alone. I am here to support you with compassion, empathy, and professional guidance every step of the way.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, trauma, or major life transitions. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My therapeutic approach is individualized to meet your unique needs. I use a person-centered, trauma-informed lens and draw from a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These methods help build practical tools and coping skills to support healing, growth, and resilience.
I hold a Master’s degree in Education with a School Counseling Specialization, a Professional Educator’s License, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). My clinical background also includes certifications in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Life Space Crisis Intervention, helping families, schools, and professionals seeking to transform crisis situations into learning opportunities.
My hope is that through our work together, you will gain new insights, develop effective strategies, and build the confidence and clarity needed to move forward in a meaningful way.
