TEENS/ADULTS
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care, helping clients feel supported while building practical tools for meaningful change.
With a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and experience across diverse clinical settings, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients better understand their patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward their goals with clarity and confidence. I believe therapy should feel both safe and empowering, balancing insight with real-world strategies clients can use outside of sessions.
I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, mood concerns, and stress, as well as couples working through communication issues, conflict, trust, and relationship transitions. For teens and young adults, I focus on emotional regulation, identity development, and building resilience during challenging stages of life.
Above all, I strive to create a non-judgmental, empathetic space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged to grow at their own pace. Therapy is not about “fixing” you it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths and move forward with greater self-awareness and hope.
