Welcome. I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Life’s challenges—be it sudden changes, past traumas, or overwhelming emotions—can leave us feeling lost or stuck. It’s completely understandable to feel hesitant or unsure about seeking help. But reaching out is a courageous first step, and you’re not alone.
In our work together, my role is to walk alongside you, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe in your inherent strength and resilience, and together, we’ll honor your unique path toward growth and healing.
I use a humanistic, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. This means I focus on your strengths, values, and lived experiences, recognizing that you are the expert of your own life. I draw from various modalities, including Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Psychotherapy, and Transpersonal Therapy, tailoring our work to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship challenges, or phase-of-life changes, I am committed to supporting you with empathy, respect, and understanding.
About Me
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University. My professional journey has led me to work with diverse populations, including survivors of domestic violence and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am deeply committed to creating inclusive and affirming spaces for all individuals.
Taking the Next Step
Embarking on therapy is a personal decision, and I am here to walk with you at your pace. If you’re ready to explore how we can work together, I invite you to reach out. Let’s begin this journey toward healing and empowerment.
