Drawing from my expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I provide support in symptom reduction while fostering personal growth. With experience in managing emotional crises, I am here to equip you with the skills you need to effectively self-regulate and navigate life’s ups and downs.

I work with individuals as young as 8 years old and all the way up to adults. Some needs I specialize in include life transitions, childhood struggles, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, stress, perfectionism, college issues, and early adulthood challenges.
